- the effect of spine deformity on function and
disability;
- vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis (epidemiology,
management);
- disability and rehabilitation: epidemiology, outcomes,
and evidence-based practice;
- physical performance assessment;
- effect of chronic medical conditions on physical
activity, function, and disability in the elderly;
- effect of the environment on health status of the
elderly;
- assistive technology use (particularly wheelchairs and
rolling walkers) to promote independence and participation;
- Paget’s disease.
